What the app does
TYNA Post Purchase Upsell ("the app"), published by Weblorium ("we"), shows product offers from your store on the post-purchase page, after a buyer pays and before the Thank you page. If the buyer accepts, Shopify adds the product to their order and charges the payment method they used. The app only proposes the change; Shopify applies it, and only after the buyer accepts.
Your responsibilities
- Set honest offers: the discount, product information and any end date or countdown you show must be accurate. Don't describe an offer as limited when it isn't.
- Fulfil, refund and support orders that include accepted offers like any other order. The app doesn't handle fulfilment, refunds or buyer support.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your store and your buyers.
When the offer page appears
Shopify decides when the post-purchase page can be shown. It isn't shown for every order, for example after wallet or installment payments, gift cards, local delivery or orders without a shipping address. See support for the full list. We don't guarantee any number of offers shown or accepted.
Price
The app has a free plan and four paid plans. Free is free for development stores, and for every store until its offers have added $200 in upsell revenue in a 30-day period. The $200 is in US dollars: revenue in another currency is converted at that day's public reference exchange rate, and if no rate is available the offers keep showing. Starter ($9.99), Growth ($19.99), Pro ($39.99) and Scale ($79.99) are charged every 30 days, or yearly for the price of 10 months, and differ only in how many orders can see an offer every 30 days (200, 500, 1,500 or unlimited). Every plan has every feature.
Plans are sold and billed by Shopify through Shopify App Pricing: you choose, change or cancel a plan on Shopify's plan page, opened from Settings › Plan & billing in the app, and charges appear on your Shopify invoice in USD. Nothing is charged without your approval in your Shopify admin. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Plans renew every 30 days, or every year on yearly billing, until you change plans or uninstall. Upgrades and downgrades are handled by Shopify, and charges already billed aren't refunded except where the law requires it.
When a plan's limit for the 30-day period is reached, offers pause until the next period; you can upgrade anytime in the app to show them again. Checkout and your orders are never affected, and there are no overage charges.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and correct, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. If the app can't reach its server, the post-purchase page is skipped and buyers go straight to the Thank you page. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of significant changes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, arising from using or being unable to use the app.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by turning its offers off, choosing another post-purchase app in your checkout settings, or uninstalling it. Data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms: the support page.
