What it had to solve
A courier business lives or dies on coordination: orders from dozens of shops, morning pickups, a warehouse, routes, cash on delivery and customers asking where their parcel is. Off-the-shelf tools cover one piece each. MITANO needed one platform where every order moves through the same states from the shop to the doorstep, every party sees the part that concerns them, and nothing depends on a phone call.

Merchant Portal and Public API
Shops send parcels the way that suits them.
- A three-step order form with a live price as the shop types, plus a dashboard of active and delivered orders and cash on delivery owed
- A Public API with API keys, scopes and idempotent requests, and signed webhooks for every status change
- Thermal and A4 shipping labels with barcode and QR, and team accounts for each shop
Dispatch, Warehouse and Finance
The courier's day runs from one admin panel.
- Pickup and delivery routes planned automatically with a route optimiser, then approved by a dispatcher
- Warehouse scans in and out, with a check that parcels are loaded in the right order for the route
- Cash-on-delivery settlements, invoices and courier cash handover, with PDF statements and a full audit log
Courier App and Live Tracking
The last mile is visible to everyone who needs it.
- A phone app for couriers: today's pickups and deliveries, call and navigate, scan parcels, and prove delivery with a code, photo or signature
- Cash or card at the door, with GPS from the courier's phone or a vehicle tracker on the live map
- A public tracking page with the parcel's timeline and position, and SMS and WhatsApp updates in Georgian or English
